We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the evolution and efficiency of our knowledge modeling and data integration process. This role will focus on identifying, prototyping, and implementing technical solutions that streamline the creation, expansion, and refinement of structured knowledge assets (ontologies, taxonomies, schema alignments, etc.). The ideal candidate will work closely with ontologists, data scientists, and other technical team members to improve the scalability and repeatability of our knowledge engineering workflows. 

This position focuses on leveraging modern tools, APIs, and automation to enhance how knowledge is modeled, organized, and integrated across systems. 

Required Qualifications:   

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required to start
• Evaluate and enhance the existing knowledge modeling process (e.g., class/property identification, schema alignment, validation) to reduce manual burden and increase throughput. 
• Design and implement scripts, tools, or lightweight services that support semi-automated knowledge asset generation or transformation. 
• Work collaboratively with ontologists and subject matter experts to identify bottlenecks in the modeling process and prototype technical solutions. 
• Support structured data integration and transformation tasks, especially when aligning disparate data sources to existing schemas or ontologies. 
• Develop documentation, workflows, and repeatable processes that support tool adoption and scalability. 
• Stay current with technical approaches for structured data automation and integration, including opportunities to responsibly leverage commercial AI services. 

Desired Qualifications:  

• Experience with structured data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, RDF, OWL) and schema design
