Conduct GEOINT analysis against issues, using various methodologies and spatio-temporal data derived from imagery, intelligence databases and other sources and use understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, GIS, intelligence issues, and the social and physical sciences to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trends in support of national security. Leverage existing resources or discover, collect, exploit new resources to produce GEOINT that aim at answering the above objectives. Drivers rely on data, tools, and techniques to create GEOINT that supports those mission operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to publish formal written products, which require little to no editing, including, but not limited to, database remarks, baseline descriptions, and GEOINT Notes
Demonstrated ability to produce non-standard products, which require little to no editing, including, but not limited to graphics, infographics, maps, and briefings
Conduct multi-INT research to support or provide background for imagery analysis conducted against mission specific issues
Demonstrated understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, intelligence issues, and the social and physical sciences to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trends
Demonstrated ability to produce descriptive and predictive analyses and communicate findings as written, visual, and/or oral geospatial intelligence
Desired Qualifications:
Provide hands-on full-motion imagery analysis, producing intelligence on a broad range of issues to support national security objectives and senior policy makers.
Provide exploitation of multi-spectral, Hyper spectral, IR, SAR, and LIDAR imagery and MTI data.
Create shapefiles, geo-databases, and data retrieval/storage to support intelligence analysis.
Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing, or regional expertise.
Demonstrated knowledge of SOM or OBP tools, techniques, and tactics.
Expertise with process automation tools, such as Python scripting or ArcGIS Model Builder.
