Job Title: All-Source Analyst / Team Lead

GeoYeti focuses on advanced analytics, data science, development of the applications that support such work.  We seek All-Source Analyst/Team Lead to support a client in Reston (hybrid).  We support a broad range of IC and DoD clients, though a common theme across our portfolio is that our team members, regardless of their role, interact with the end users around the globe.

• Lead a small multidisciplinary team, including a Geospatial Analyst and part-time staff, to perform open-source research and all-source analysis. Synthesize findings into comprehensive, finished intelligence products for government and partner stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth in analytical skills, geospatial expertise, and professional development.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination with government customers and GeoYeti partner companies, ensuring alignment of deliverables with mission requirements.
• Conduct and oversee open-source research and multi-INT data compilation, extracting and presenting key insights visually and verbally for impactful decision-making.
• Utilize foundational geospatial tools, including ArcPro, and apply geospatial fundamentals to enhance analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:   

• At least 5 years of all-source experience in support of an IC/DoD agency
• Beginner experience or better with ArcPro
• Understanding of geospatial fundamentals 
• Experience performing open source research
• Experience compiling multi-INT data, identifying the most salient information, and presenting the information visually and verbally
• Experience leading a team
• Experience mentoring junior staff
