This work requires a staff to support library operations, including digital cataloging of data, shipping of products, management of holdings, and data upload to cloud based repositories. Required Qualifications:   

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start. Must be willing to sit for a CI poly.

• 3-6 years of demonstrated experience creating, developing, and maintaining look-up file plans and databases for archival purposes

• 3-6 years of experience in personnel management supporting a DoD or IC effort

• 1-3 years of demonstrated digitization experience and database development or database maintenance experience

• 1-3 years' experience in team leadership and mission planning

• Understanding of library sciences and MARC 21, AACR2R, and RDA standards

Desired Qualifications:  

• Familiarity with sponsor systems architecture, including unclassified cloud environments
