This work requires staff to perform deep data investigations on complex problems using applied statistics, building algorithms, creating automation scripts and models, and collaborating with domain expertise to convey complicated realities to non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:   

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start. Must be willing to sit for a CI poly.

• A combination of 9 years of demonstrated experience in any three of the following tools/methodologies – Python; ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcPro; QGIS; PostgreSQL, Postgis, PgAdmin; APls; applied statistics; algorithm development.

• Understanding and familiarity with Maplnfo and MapBasic

• Experience with workflow management systems, such as Flowable
