This work requires a staff to support library operations, including digital cataloging of data, shipping of products, management of holdings, and data upload to cloud based repositories. Operate in a high-tempo environment, adaptable and team-oriented, committed to delivering timely and accurate GEOINT.
Provide records management, archival, and dissemination services.
Use division hardware and software to digitally and physically manage media for subsequent archiving and cataloging.
Manage media and perform disposition procedures in adherence to customer requirements and policies established.
Generate artwork and shipping reports, and prepare boxed media prior to dissemination of physical media.
Manage internal media holdings to ensure current edition products are available internally and externally.
Work independently and within teams
Required Qualifications:
3-6 years of demonstrated experience with (GOTS) software for database maintenance/ data upload activity
Able to lift 40 lbs
Understanding of database maintenance
Desired Qualifications:
Familiar with Amazon CLI and Amazon Cloud Access Portal
Experience creating and utilizing small loading scripts
Ability to organize/ manage disparate data in both hardcopy and softcopy
Understanding of library sciences and MARC 21, AACR2R, and RDA standards
